Birth Doula Support
The benefits of having someone by your side throughout this journey are clear.
Having a birth doula provides continuous emotional and physical support, aids in informed decision-making, and improves birth outcomes.
Whether you just found out that you’re pregnant or baby could arrive any day— I’m here for you!
If you walk in on a cat having kittens and the cat feels unsafe, it can and will pause its own labour in order to move somewhere else where it feels safe before continuing the process of birth.
In the same way, if you feel unsafe or unsupported during labour and birth, it makes it a lot harder to have your baby! With me by your side, all of your physical and emotional support needs will be taken care of, helping you feel calm and safe as we welcome baby.
How it works:
Basic Birth Doula Support Package
Includes:
- 1 prenatal in-home session to go over the details of labour, techniques and tips for keeping calm and comfortable, suggestions for your partner/support person for best supporting your needs in labour and any other relevant questions or discussions
- in-home/birth centre/hospital labour support: I join you wherever you are and support you through your birth to 1-2 hours after delivery
- on-call support beginning at 37 weeks gestation
- 1 in-home follow up visit after birth
Begins at $1550 CAD
Additional prenatal sessions -- $200 CAD/session

Within 7-days I will send you a detailed response and we’ll get things rolling!
2. Introduction Session - 30mins
We’ll meet over zoom so we can get to know each other a little and I can answer all of your questions. (And so you can decide if I’m the right doula for you!)
3. Make it official!!
You decide to go for it, so I send over a contract & 40% deposit invoice for my services. The remaining balance to be paid in two subsequent payments.
